This particular dimension is a strong one for me. Personally, I have always been very physically healthy and I am continuing to maintain this. Highlights for this particular dimension include strength training for my muscles, listening to my body when something feels wrong (i.e. go to massage therapist when something is wrong or letting my body rest from injury), my body's immune system (as I very rarely get sick and when I do I quickly recover from it), I am always full of energy, engage in various types of physical exercise throughout the day (including walking my dog and cardio at the gym), and I feel very good about the overall condition of my body. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week following a strict program which changes every few months to shock my muscles and continue growing them. The weak points of this dimension include getting enough sleep and maintaining a desirable weight. I try my best to get enough sleep every night and averageabout 7 hours. I would like to improve on this and get more like 8-9 hours of sleep and in turn let my body recover more from strength training sessions and have a little more energy for the day. I have always been a lightweight growing up so maintaining a desirable weight has been tough as I must eat constantly to provide my muscles with enough protein to recover, and let my body get sufficient fuel from my diet. My weight is not that desirable because I’m always striving to gain weight or lose it in order to let my body look its best.
