This dimension of health proved to be a mediocre one with areas of improvement. Personally, I think I need to improve on not letting my emotions get the best of me. For example, If I were to get angry I have a tendency to take it out on others and this is something I would like to fix. I don't use alcohol or any other substances to help me forget about my problems but I do go to the gym to help release any anger, stress, anxiety, etc. I could also work on opening up and expressing my feelings as I have a tendency to keep them inside and let them eat at me. On a more positive note, my friends do see me as a stable guy and come to me to express their feelings often. Furthermore, I can move on quickly from most things that make me emotional but I make sure the problem is actually dealt with rather than just ignoring or hiding it. My emotional health may be related to my social health in a way because I can let my emotions get the better of me at times and this affects my social health.
